Hi guys, today I found some rush royal next update leaks patch notes on Reddit Posted by u/Trainer_Showtime. As we all know that official Rush Royale team has already announced that the rush royale update is set to be released in February 2021. We also know that new units, a new boss, much more coming in the next update version 3.0 and In this post, I am going to tell you about upcoming Rush Royale Balance Changes, 4 New Cards ( 2 Legendary, 2 Epic cards ), new Rush Royale Boss Puppeteer and Mechanics Change for Update 3.0.

Rush Royale 4 New Cards:
Portal Mage: Unique ability: has a chance to teleport an enemy to the beginning of the map. The chance of the next teleport is decreased. (officially confirmed by Team Rush Royale check here )
Headsman [epic] – Finishes off a target whose health is less than a certain percentage. Half as effective finishing off bosses. ( Leak )
Corsair [Legendary] – throws a bomb at a random point, the bomb remains in place until it touches the monster. With a certain chance, it can throw a grumpy bomb that deals percentage damage to bosses. ( Leak )
Meteor [Legendary] – when merged, releases a meteorite that kills normal monsters and deals percentage damage to bosses. The percentage of damage increases in proportion to the rank of the merging units. ( Leak )
Mechanics Change for Update 3.0 ( Leaked )
- All damage modifiers based on a percentage of the target health can no longer critically damage and are applied by an additional attack on top of the main one.
- We decided to revise the concept of periodic effects and increase the number of procs per second from 1 to 2.5, in connection with this, the attacking indicators of some units were reduced. The changes affected the following units: Alchemist, Plague Doctor. The Poison dart already had an increased poison proc rate.

Rogue | [common] Interval between attacks Received Value: 1s → 0.8s
Alchemist | [Rare] – Changed mechanics, trap damage rate per second increased from 1 to 2.5. Trap damage Received Value: 110 -> 55 (powerup): 100 → 50 Level Up: 10 → 5 * Updated description, now the description contains information that the damage from the trap increases with the rank of the merge. Banner | [Rare] Increased attack speed Received Value: 8% -> 10% (powerup): 1.2% → 1.5% Grindstone | [Rare] Critical chance. damage Received Value: 2.4% → 5%
Crystalmancer | [Rare] Damage Received Value: 24 → 26 * Increased damage from mana amplification increased by 20%.
Reaper | [epic] Instant kill chance Received Value: 4% → 5%
Thundercaller | [epic] Interval between attacks Received Value: 0.8 → 0.75 Lightning damage Received Value: 50 → 60 (powerup): 40 → 50 * Fixed a bug due to which the buff from the whetstone was incorrectly applied to the lightning of the Thunderbolt.
Vampire | [epic] Interval between attacks Received Value: 1.3 → 1.4 Mana Gathering Timer Received Value: 5 → 8 * The delay in gaining mana from the first bite has been increased from 0.16 seconds to 0.4 seconds
Plague Doctor | [Epic] Changed mechanics, the frequency of inflicting trap damage per second increased from 1 to 2.5. Trap damage Received Value: 120 → 50 (powerup): 100 → 40 * Updated description, now the description contains information that the trap’s damage increases with the rank of the merge.
Demon Hunter | [Legendary] Changed the firing mechanics of the Demon Hunter at merge rank 3-6: if the number of the hunter’s projectiles is more than the number of targets, then the projectiles will be distributed among the remaining targets. For example, attacking a single target at the 5th rank of confluence, a pawn will fire 5 shells at it. * The intervals between attacks at ranks 3-6 have been reduced, now, depending on the merge rank, the pawn also increases its attack speed by a small value. Trapper | [legendary] Changed the mechanics of traps, now trapped monsters take more damage from pawns on the table. Increased damage per stack: 50% Maximum Damage Increase: 50% Single Stack Slow Strength: 20 → 30% Maximum deceleration: 75% → 80% Damage Received Value: 20 → 40 (powerup): 20 → 30 Response interval (powerup): 0 → 0.2

Knight Statue | [Legendary] Increased attack speed Received Value: 6% → 8% Increased attack speed when activated (powerup): 2.5% → 3% Increased crit Received Value: 1% → 5% * Updated description, now the description contains information that the chance of a critical hit and the increase in attack speed increases with the rank of the merge.

Witch Doctor | Shaman [legendary] Projectile flight time increased from 1.5 seconds to 1.85 seconds in PvP mode.
What is special about the new rush royale boss?
This is the Puppeteer – The boss from the upcoming Rush Royale Update 3.0. You’ll be able to meet him in the PvP mode and on the 60th wave in Co-Op mode. Unlike the other bosses, Puppeteer features not one but two nasty abilities that he will use in turns to affect your units.
