Brawl Stars Mortis Guide 2020 for All Game Modes

How to Play Mortis in Brawl Stars
Hi guys, I will show you Brawl Stars Mortis Guide 2020 for All Game Modes, This Mortis Guide is shared by SpeedFire53 on Reddit, Mortis is good in Gem Grab, Brawl Ball, Bounty, and Solo Showdown so come and take a look at full Brawl Stars Mortis Guide 2020
GEM GRAB: Okay, Mortis on Gem Grab. You may not believe it, but this is the game mode that Mortis stands out the most (above average Win Rate). You just need to know how to play with him in this game mode.

Tip 1: DO NOT be the Gem Carrier.

Mortis is, has always been and will always be good as Aggro.

“Ah, but Mortis is a fast brawler, which makes him a good Gem Carrier”, you may be thinking.

And I answer: NO. A feature of being a Gem Carrier is having a great deal of independence and good area control, and it doesn’t necessarily have to be stealthy and fast. As Mortis is a melee brawler with low damage and HP to be one, he as Gem Carrier will bring about the victory of the enemy.

Tip 2: Attack wisely.

Depending about the level, Mortis is more likely to survive by attacking. You initially need to attack brawlers with low HP or low damage at close range so that you can charge your Super and, at the best opportunity, be able to attack brawlers with more HP and damage. Remember that Mortis charges his Super with 5 attacks.

If you want to attack tanks without the Super, use one or two attacks to load your Super a little, retreat and recover your ammo and HP.

Like Mortis, you can neither be too fearful to attack nor be too brave. I repeat: attack wisely.

Tip 3: Using your Super properly.

Avoid using Auto-Aim with your Super. Of course if you have no other option, use Auto-Aim, but the more you aim for your Super, the better.

“But why aim for the Super?”

If you do that, you can hit both the enemy you went to attack and another enemy farther away. That way you can heal more with Super and reload it faster. This tip is good for both Showdown and 3v3.

Tip 4: Which star power do I choose?

In this game mode, preferably use Creepy Harvest, which manages to have a lot more control and increases your chances of survival when you go to attack.

BOUNTY:

Well, you can use Mortis in this game mode. The tips I give are similar to the Gem Grab: attack wisely and use your Super correctly.

Preferably, choose the Coiled Snake star power, but you can use Creepy Harvest too, on some maps.

BRAWL BALL:

Ah, Mortis on Brawl Ball …

Well, Mortis can be good in this game mode, but ONLY if you know how to play him correctly in this game mode. He is the most played brawler in this game mode, but he has a below average Win Rate, because many people don’t know how to play Mortis. If you can’t learn, play on Gem Grab, Bounty or Showdown, which are easier game modes to learn to play Mortis.

Train in the friendly game that technique of kicking the ball and then dash and catch the ball. It will help you to have more experience and control of the ball with Mortis.

Tip 1: DO NOT catch the ball early in the game and then return to your base.

I see a lot of players do that at the start of matches. I did that, too, until I discovered it was a fatal mistake.

This provides for the retreat of all your allies, including yours. Thus, the enemy team will advance, giving an immense disadvantage to your team. The chances of the enemy team defeating yours are very high, which generates the goal of the opposing team.

This strategy of catching the ball very early on rarely works, so avoid using it. Instead, let your allies dispute the ball against the enemy team, and as soon as someone gets close to the ball, you appear.

Tip 2: Pass the ball to your allies when necessary.

Your allies who have more independence are going to be good ball carriers. You should carry the ball only when you are close to the goal and when all opponents are reborn, so that you can make a quick goal before they appear.

Tip 3: I can’t carry the ball, what do I do?

Well, then you need to do the same strategy as in the previous game modes: attack wisely.

Preferably, use the Coiled Snake star power, which is good for catching the ball at the right times and attacking enemies, but you can use Creepy Harvest as well.

Remember to always pass the ball when necessary, and avoid catching the ball at the beginning of the match and running towards the opponent’s goal as if you were immortal.

And above all, avoid doing stupid trickshots. If you want to make one, KNOW HOW TO MAKE ONE.

SOLO SHOWDOWN:

Ok, Mortis on Solo Showdown. Not the best way for him, but if you follow some of these strategies, I’m sure you’ll get a lot of trophies with Mortis.

Tip 1: Getting Power Cubes.

Even to get some Power Cube in boxes you need to be careful if you are playing Mortis. Depending on your level with Mortis, you break a box with 5 to 7 attacks. Even if no one is around, break the box this way: first use 2 attacks on the box and reload all, so if anyone shows up, you can run away. Then you use 2 attacks if you are level 1 to 7 from Mortis and another 2 (or 3 if you are level 1 to 3) to break the box. If you are level 8 to 10, reload 3 attacks and so you break the box.

Tip 2: Charging your Super.

At the best opportunity you see, carry some of your Super on someone.

A good tactic for charging your Super into melee brawlers is to use one of three of your attacks to deal damage and two to escape. Even better if you can deal damage and flee at the same time with the second attack. But be careful, be very cautious when doing this. Use the walls to escape the enemy if he hits you after you use both attacks to escape.

Mortis charges his Super with 5 attacks. Do this tactic until you have 2/5 of your Super loaded. So run away and recover your HP and all your ammo.

Tip 3: Killing enemies.

Once you have at least 2/5 of your Super loaded, you will already be able to kill a large number of brawlers depending on your level and the amount of Power Cubes you have, because you will only need 3 attacks to load your Super, and You have 3 ammo. Then you can use Super as a fourth attack and do even more damage.

Calculate the damage you deal per attack and multiply by 3 if you have 0/5 or 1/5 of your Super charged. The result will be the most damage you can deal at one time (with 3 attacks), so you can kill brawlers that have this maximum HP.

If you have at least 2/5 of your Super charged, look at the damage you deal per attack and multiply it by 4 (3 attacks + 1 Super). The result will be the maximum damage you can deal in one go with the 3 + 1 Super attacks, so you can kill brawlers that have this maximum HP.

Tip 4: Using Your Super Properly.

Always choose Coiled Snake as the star power in this game mode.
