Hi guys, welcome to Warlander Beginner Guide, in this Warlander Beginner Guide we will tell you about Warlander Abilities and Items.

So come and take a look at this Warlander Beginner Guide – Abilities & Items

Warlander Beginner Guide

  • Armour pieces have only 1 perk, a perk level based on rarity so mythic has Ivl4.
  • Weapon pieces have up to 4 perks and retain perks of lower ranks so mythic has l1 M2 M3 and lIvi4.
  • Lvl 4 perk is a special perk, giving special conditional effects.
  • A list of perks can be seen when pressing the middle button
  • 3000 silver for 5 perk change stone deal is a great way to spend money (and limited to 1 per day).
Those are the only consumables you will always have a good use for whatever game stage
you are on. You only need one mythic armour piece, so elixirs drop in value based on your
progress. ELIXIRS ARE STILL GOOD EARLY
  • Do not buy XP elixirs, you get far too much XP already if you just use the character. Better buy
    rarity or+1 drop.
  • Armour stacks
getting another for 40 will net 80 armour. Same with the Hymn of War.
  • Armour doesn’t decay.
  • Team skills scale with an effect based on the number of people participating. The maxed effect is achieved
at 8. Each person during War Cry is another 20s duration. Each person during Hymn of War is 25
up to 200 so getting potion from cleric for 40, running around for 30 minutes and
    armour.
  • Armour stacks up to 200 so getting a potion from a cleric for 40, running around for 30 minutes and
getting another for 40 will net 80 armour. Same with the Hymn of War.

  • Building progresses faster the more in-centre your aim.
  • Building skill makes it easier to hit the centre.
  • Building speed makes you progress the building bar faster.
  • Maps rotate based on a 5-Army Battle timer
  • You unlock daily/weekly quests when you finish the beginner questline
  • Valour doesn’t seem to have any effect on drops
  • Squad missions and winning games help with amount of drops
  • Valour gained equals XP character gets postgame
  • 5-army battles are longer but yield more drops on average
  • Backstabs deal more damage.
  • When in the correct position, the Left mouse attack backstab becomes a much more dealing bash that
    also stuns.
  • Backstabs aren’t Critical even though they show yellow numbers
  • The squad commander will be always in Defending Squad
  • In the enemy castle behind each gate, there is a winch, you can press F on it and it will open a
gate. The duration is pretty long.
  • .5 Star characters get special spells instead of Team Skills.
  • Talents and abilities max out at 5.
  • You can ping structures and objectives with the middle mouse button on M Map, can’t do that with
    deployment B Map
  • Weapon perk Attack Damage also effectively increases Demolition damage by the same percentage.
  • Glamour Drops (skins) look like actual Item Drops
  • Glamour (Skins) are for specific rarity only
  • Revive efficiency affects the amount healed additive (50% base, 50% perk = 100%)
  • Rank after game affects rank points gained

Warlander Tips & Tricks

  • Cleric has to deliberately attack slower to properly stagger with hits.
  • Defending with a shield is delayed because it has to show on ENEMY’s screen that you are blocking
    to block.
  • the game registers hits on the client side, that’s why you see complaints about Chinese players not
    taking half of the hits
  • Warriors can parry when attacked. There is a dot instead of a crosshair indicating when it is possible.
  • You can spam right-click to proc it semi-reliably.
  • During crit, the white line only needs to pass the heart to register the rit so you can do a swift
swipe through the screen. Doesn’t work if the line was already on the heart.
  • Cleric’s Dispell dispels the enemy Cleric’s, Area Heal.
  • Lvl 7 speed buff from Cleric gives about 22.5% movement speed when aiming. 24% when running.
    28% when sprinting.
  • Lvl 1 speed buff seems to barely give anything. My tests gave me like 4% movement speed at best
    when running.
  • Lvl 1 damage buff is about 5% damage improvement.
  • Reviving someone takes exactly 6 seconds
